• Dentist/clinic: name, registration number, clinic name, address, phone, email.
• Patient data: name, age, sex, tooth data (FDI), shade prescription — collected only as required to fabricate the prescribed restoration.
• Usage data: login timestamps, case activity, payment records.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information (via cookies).

• To fabricate dental prosthetics per your prescription.
• To communicate case status, billing, and service updates.
• To comply with legal obligations.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Patient data is processed solely for dental lab fabrication purposes. Patient names and clinical details are not used for any purpose beyond the specific case for which they were submitted.

We rely on the prescribing dentist’s consent obtained from the patient.

Data is stored on Supabase (AWS ap-south-1, Mumbai).

We use TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 at rest.

Access is role-restricted — only authorised staff can access patient-level data.
